Enjoy the experience of a  One-on-One session, a  personalized practice tailored to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.  I weave the powerful practices of Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Thai Yoga Bodywork with Breath Work, Mindfulness, Reiki, CranalSacral Therapy and Crystals to create a healing practice that creates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and clarity of thought.

Semi-Private Yoga session are intimate and limited to 2 students. Bring a friend, family member or co-worker.
