The Experience

Experience a whole day in a nurturing, supportive environment, reconnecting with yourself and other like minded brave, courageous and fascinating women.

We start the day at the gazebo with a Detox juice (ingredients subject to season). We then move to the lawn for an Opening Circle Clearing Ceremony and a mindful Hatha Yoga practice. Following our yoga practice we return to the gazebo for Meet and Connect time. Before we know it, it’s time for lunch (again ingredients subject to season and local organic shop) prepared that morning by our chef Sarah Penca. After our delicious lunch we will take a Meditation Walk to improve digestion, follow with yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and a healing and vibrational Sound Bath. We will conclude the day in a Closing Circle Team Ceremony.

  • 3:45 PM – Closing Circle & Tea Ceremony
