Yoga & Meditation in the Office – Corporate Yoga
IleanaYoga provides online Yoga and Meditation classes to corporations, universities, and other institutions. I am based out of South Florida and are able to work with you no matter where you are!
Research shows that yoga and meditation reduce stress, increase focus, and revitalize the senses. Yoga is the only form of exercise known to increase flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and breath capacity while reducing stress and anxiety. Yoga also helps boost morale and interpersonal communication
I offer classes that are carefully designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of fitness level and skill and can tailor to meet your employees specific needs. The on-site classes will add important elements of connection, team building, and total mind and body health. The virtual sessions can reach your employees wherever they are in the world, either through video streaming (Zoom) or pre-recorded videos on demand (VODs) for a plug and play experience. I also offer hybrid options custom-made for your event.
